1. Added Default Reminder Message

 

Added functionality includes the ability to add a specific reminder note and not just the default when setting up an auto reminder.

 

 

 

2. Added automatic default event type Open Case.

 

Open Case event has been made visible as a usable event. Auto Reminders can also be added to this event to assist in processing of case.
