1.  Revised Merchant selection functionality

 

Due to performance issues associated with the ListBox drop-down functionality, the process of selecting and adding Merchants has been revised.

 

 

The grid cell no longer provides the drop-down list of merchants when clicked in the right corner of the cell. Instead, the functionality was moved to a new dialog with search capabilities for the desired Merchant.

 

 

The top half of the dialog provides for search capability into the Merchant list. Only the first 10 matching entries are displayed. Additional information in the Search box will re-trigger the search and therefore successively reduce the number of matching entries.

 

If a proper Merchant does not yet exist, in can then be added using the bottom half of the screen.

 

The same functionality is available when editing the dispute information in an already established case.

 

The Edit Transaction dialog was also revised to utilize the same mechanism.

 

 

On this screen, the Find/Add Merchant functionality is triggered by the "Magnifying" button.
