STOPPING REGE NOTIFICATION WHEN PARTIAL CREDIT GIVEN ON CASE
1.Cases that only require partial credit of the dispute transaction amounts because of the unique circumstances of the case need a special event to be added to the case to stop the RegE Monitor from sending out a notification that a credit is due.
2.By default, the event might not be labeled to make its purpose obvious. We recommend that you rename the "Event Name" and "Event Description" to a label such as "Partially refunded case".
3.Go into RegE and then RegE Setup, Events tab and choose the Case Type for which you want to revise the event and Update the event type "Partial Credit" event to something that will trigger you to use that event for a partial credited case (ie.... partially refunded case)
4. To exclude a case from the RegE Monitor reporting, edit the case and add the event to the case. This will trigger the RegE Monitor to stop notification that a refund is due.
5. You will see that the Red notation about the dispute needing to be credited has changed to blue and shows that a partial credit event has taken place
