ADDING, EDITING OR DELETING TO EXISTING CASES:
1.Adding, editing or deleting dispute(s) to an existing case can easily be accomplish. With a host interface, right click anywhere in the dispute detail box, choose the option. Editing can also be done directly in the dispute detail box. Click in the box and edit the information.
2.Selecting Search Transactions with a host interface will open a search option and display a listing of all transactions using first disputed date.
3.The expanded view allows you to see a different picture of all transactions listed for this case. This is very helpful if you have multiple transactions you need to edit.
4.The option of adding, editing and deleting from this screen are also available.
