The use of a Multi-Select event type triggers the use of a special dialog for the selection of disputes to be credited.

 

 

Based upon the configuration details of the event, the dialog will preselect all disputes that are less then or equal the threshold amount configured in the dialog. If the user does not want to credit one or more of selected transactions, they can be un-checked. Exiting the dialog using the OK button will generate a transaction event for each selected dispute unless the event was configured to sum all disputed transaction into a single credit transaction.

 

Transactions that don't match the event configuration criteria, i.e. dispute amount above the threshold, cannot be selected. The following error message will be displayed.
