The Branch screen will enable or disable the branch module functionality and provide the ability to configure parameters by Case Type.

 

 

Setup_0401 

 

Enable Branch Disputes - This option enables or disables the use of the branch module.

 

Show Case Type Explanation - When checked, the branch users will see the case type explanation for the case type entered, until the user opts not to see the explanation anymore.  When unchecked, the branch users never see case type explanations

 

Inquiry Report Template - The Branch inquiry report will be in the format of the Case History report unless the template name is overriden here for another report format to be used.

 

Email response to Branch Case - When checked, the branch will receive an email from the back office, confirming the case was imported.

 

Use Electronic Signature - This option shows that an electronic signature software is used.  The drop down next to this option signifies who the institution is using for their electronic signatures.  There is also a Parameter Setup button added to set up the parameters for the Electronic Signature source.

 

Use Auto-upload Affidavit - This option enables the dispute form (Affidavit) to be automatically attached to the case.  If unsigned will be attached as unsigned and if signed will show up as signed.

 

Case Saved Message - This option allows the institution to attach a message to the branch user after the case is saved.

 

The following parameters are now unique by selected Case Type

 

Active - This designates if the Case Type selected is active or not in the branch module

 

Base Form - This is the form name of the Affidavit PDF used by the case type when the number of disputes is less or equal to the number allocated on the base form.

 

Base Dispute Count - This is the number of disputes available for merge in the base form.

 

Extended Form - This is the name of the extended dispute Affidavit when the number of disputes in the case exceeds the number on the base form.

 

Supplemental Form- This is the name of an optional form that may be produced in conjunction with other forms for the case

 

Case Notification Recipients - This is a list of email recipients that will receive notification when a new branch case for the respective type is being submitted. Multiple recipients need to be separated with a semicolon. Recipients call also be mail distribution groups.

 

Case Type Explanation - This will be the information provided by to the branch user to help them identify the case type they are choosing for a case.  The maximum number of characters for this message is 512 characters.
