The system provides the ability to setup as many additional institutions as desired.  When the Add Institution button is selected, the following screen is displayed.

 

 

Inst. Short Name - Enter a short name for the institution being added.

 

Inst. Name - Enter the institution's full name.

 

Inst. Path - Enter the location in which the new institution's database will reside.

 

When the SAVE button is selected, the system will create an empty database.  The user can then copy an existing database into the empty database.  See Copy Institution for more information.
