Add Disputes to an Existing Case no Host Interface

ADDING, EDITING, AND DELETING DISPUTES TO EXISTING CASES WITH NO HOST INTERFACE

 

1.Adding, editing and deleting disputes to and an existing case can easily be accomplish. In the dispute detail box right click to get the pop up menu.  Editing can also be done right in the dispute detail box.  Click the space to edit and update.

2.Adding a transaction brings up a new window that will allow you to add the transaction manually.  Click the drop down next to Merchant and choose the Merchant name.  If the Merchant name is not in the list

3.Type in the Merchants name and click save.  The Merchant can then be chosen from the drop down list.  Editing uses the same screen and deleting will prompt you to verify the action.

 

4.The expanded view allows you to see a different picture of all transactions listed for this case.  This is very helpful if you have multiple transactions.

5.The option of adding, editing and deleting from this screen are also available.
