RE-SETTING A CASE BY BACKOFFICE USER
1. Backoffice user can re-set a case for use when the case is marked as open in the branch module but not currently being edited by the branch user.
NOTE** Contact the Branch Rep to make sure they are not currently editing the case before re-setting it.
2. Open the Branch Module RegE application. Select RegE Disputes
3. Select Re-Open Case
4. Select the case you need to import, as you can see the In Use flag is set to "Y".
5. Click on the Reset In Use blue wording.
6. The case can now be imported to the Backoffice module. The case may still be on hold but can still be exported to the Backoffice.
