The Budget Sets tab provides the ability to save the current modeling results for a selected simulation as a budget set of information. Typically you would perform this function at the end of the current year for the coming year. However, we have functionality available to save information in the current fiscal year.
Budget information can also be uploaded to the Host system by various types.
"Default Set" concept
The system provides the ability to save an unlimited number of modeling results as budget sets. However, to simplify Budget Variance reporting, all reports will run against the budget set marked as the "Default" set. You can change any available set to the default set.
