1. Document import on closed cases now available for clients not opting for archiving.
Clients that do not opt to set up archiving can not import documents after a case has been closed. Under the Setup icon on the home page, System Setup tab check in the bottom right had corner to see if the Archive is setup, if nothing in in the Archive Type box then Archiving is not setup.
Example: Case # 3250 was closed 3/30/17.
Document imported 10/7/20 after case was closed.
