Category Summary by Date (Report #1050) - Group 10 Case/Dispute Reporting
The Category Detail listing - Grouped by Date report is the first report that provides the user with a series of selection choices. Many of the reports feature various such choices to make the reporting more flexible.
Careful consideration of the choices will need to be made. Inappropriate choices may result in a blank report.
The Case Type drop-down list can be used to filter the report to just one of the available case types or have all of them be part of the selected cases.
The Dispute Category check list box allows for the selection of only certain dispute categories.
In order to provides for reporting on cases in the past, which have already been resolved and therefore closed, the Include Closed Cases checkbox will need to be used.
To perform reporting across a selected date range, use the Date Case Opened and an appropriate From Date and Thru Date.
The report shows the detailed transactions for each case that matched the selection criteria. The report is grouped by Case Type and total by Open Date.
