Category Summary by Branch (Report #1040) - Group 10 Case/Dispute Reporting

 

The Category Case Listing is similar to the Active Case Listing in that it shows all open cases, but the grouping is by Case Type and the initial case category that was assigned to the case when it was created.  Selection criteria of Case Type, and Date Range and the option to Include Closed Cases was added to the report
