Split Branch Cases Send Column
1. Branch Cases
Branch Case listing "Sent" column is now split into two columns. One for the date sent and one for the time sent. Both columns can be sorted.
JHA Client Debit Card# Select
2. Only JHA 20/20 Client update
JHA clients can now search for the debit card number used when opening a branch case. During the case opening process the Debit Card number is required. Now with JHA 20/20 clients you can see a dropdown in the Debit Card box that will allow you to choose the debit card that the customer is disputing transaction against.
