1. Checklist item Effective date

A new functionality was added to the Checklist feature that allows new items to be added to the checklist without invalidating current or past cases.

If the need for a new checklist item arises, it can now be assigned an Effective date. Any case with a Notice Date on or after the Effective date will be required to satisfy this checklist item. Any cases with a Notice Date prior to this Effective Date, including closed cases, will not be affected by this new item.

2. Pre-Authorized Letter functionality

By default, only hard posted transactions are send to the merge file used to populate any correspondence letters. To provide the functionality to send a letter listing pre-authorized transactions of a case, a special option was created to allow for a letter configuration that will list only pre-authorized transactions contained in the case to the letter merge file.

3. Branch Case Listing Date/Time stamp

Based upon client requests to improve the audit functionality of the branch cases, the column "Send", which is the date the Branch user send the case, was improved to also show the time the case it was send.
