DOCUMENT UPLOAD
The Affidavit wizard will automatically attach the generated Affidavit to the case. This Affidavit does not contain the Customers signature.
If a signed Affidavit was obtained, the unsigned version can be removed via the "Delete" link in the grid. The signed Affidavit can then be uploaded with a Document type of Affidavit.
If there are any other document to be sent with the case they can be upload as well with the Document type Other . An unlimited number of documents can be attached to the case and electronically delivered to the back office.
