The default letter format can provide for a table of up to 9 disputes to be automatically filled in by the program. If however, for cases with more than the default 9 disputes, you want to edit the letter to contain the detail of all the remaining disputes, RegE provides a mechanism to quickly copy the dispute information into the letter. This will then result in only requiring formatting of the copied data without having to manually type in all the dispute information.
To copy the dispute information, perform the following steps:
1. Right-click on the Dispute grid of the case and select the Expanded View
2. Switch the grid from Edit to Range Select mode
3. In the Range Select mode, you are now able to highlight a group of columns a copy them to the Clipboard. This will allow you then to paste the data into the formletter.
