This event is a simple documentation event that logs the fact that the disputed transactions where challenged with the card processor.

 

 

To notify the check list that the respective item on the list has been performed, the Event Type Research should be selected. This event also makes use of the automatic calculation of the Next Action date, by instructing the program to compute a new date 14 days from the date the event is used.
