Requesting Security Information

FinSer's Portfolio department works with the prior month's data to develop the cash flows by the 1st of each month. If no additions to the inventory were made throughout the month, the information will be ready for download within 30 minutes after request is sent.

If new purchases were added to the system throughout the month, FinSer will need to setup the security, obtain supporting information such as factors, rates, etc. and process the cash flows. Therefore, if you added new investments to your inventory throughout the month,  a 24-hour turnaround time is required.
