The sample report below shows active variable loans with rate floors. The primary sort of the report is by the G/L Loan account and within each account are the various rate floors. The columns across the report displays the rate floors, application balance which includes fixed and variable loans, total balance of the variable loans with floors, the average weighted rate, and the number of loans within each rate floor category.
There is drill-down capability, when the report is previewed, to view individual loans within the selected rate floor group as shown in the report sample below.
