The sample report below shows active variable loans with rate ceilings. The primary sort of the report is by the G/L Loan account and within each account are the various rate ceilings. The columns across the report displays the rate ceiling, application balance which includes fixed and variable loans, total balance of the variable loans with ceilings, the average weighted rate, and the number of loans within each rate ceiling category.
There is drill-down capability, when the report is previewed, to view individual loans within the selected rate ceiling group as shown in the report sample below.
