The worksheet report provides a means to make the assumptions on paper before placing them into the model. This allows for developing the assumptions in a group environment. The report prints out a chart of accounts, its balances and weighted average rate by type, if applicable, and spaces in which to enter prepayment assumptions under each time frame for that account.
Copies of this work sheet report can be printed and provided to officers and other managers who might need to have input into these prepayment assumptions. Once the input has been gathered, the work sheet report provides an easy reference from which to enter the assumptions into the model.
The list of accounts shown on the report can be configured in the My Reports tab. This allows the report to be reduced to only the pertinent accounts or subtotals.
