Open / Close Category Report (Report #1090) - Group 50 User Activity Reporting

 

The Open/Close Category report will list all cases whose initial category does not equal the final category assigned by the user when the case was closed. The initial case category is typically the reason the customer provides for why the transactions are disputed. The final category is the final resolution of the disputed transactions as determined by the institution.
