The Partial Refund event will signal that the case was purposely not fully credited for all disputed amounts. This would normally be an error condition that would be reported by the Provisional Credit Report that is being run by the Monitor program every day. Use of this event, essentially the Event Type, will signal to the monitor program not to count this case as being delinquent on the dispute refunds.
