Case Closed

Closing a case is the final event of the case which indicates that it has been resolved.

When saving the closed event, the user will be prompted to confirm the Case Category

Closing a case will remove the case from the active inventory grid.  However the case is still available to be viewed and/or reopened by selecting "All" under Selection options in the case inventory grid screen

The Case  History report, providing a complete summary of the case, is now automatically generated and imported into the Documents area when a "Case Closed" event is added to the case.
